How to Customize Your Profile & Pronouns
Blackboard allows you to add preferred pronouns to your profile, as well as phonetic pronunciations of your name.
Select your Profile from the left hand navigation tab.
Select Add Pronunciation or Add Pronouns from the menu.
For Pronunciations, you can either spell out your name phonetically, or you can record an audio clip of your name.
For Pronouns, you can select from a list of available pronouns, or Make a Request if you don't see something there that fits.
