How to Edit a Recurring Echo360 Schedule
How to edit a recurring Echo360 schedule (Scheduler Role)
There may be times where you need to edit a recurring schedule in Echo360, for example, there is a room change or there is a time change. You must (1) locate the schedule, (2) delete the schedule entry(s), and (3) create a new schedule with the desire changes.
1. Locate the schedule
Go to Courses tab
Search for the Course, find the Section & Term. (Hint: The naming convention for both the Section and Term is the same.)
2. Delete the schedule
Mouse over the Term, and click on the Calendar Icon
Locate the schedule, and click the chevron arrow to expand the selection. (Hint: Pay extra attention to the Date)
Use the left or right arrow to find the recording date that you want to delete.
Click on the schedule and select the Delete icon.
Select Delete All Events or Delete Single Event. Choosing Delete All Events will delete all past and future schedules, this will not delete the recorded event that already happened. Choosing Single Event will delete that particular schedule (Hint: Pay extra attention to the Date).
3. Create a new schedule
Once the scheduled event(s) has been deleted, proceed to create a new schedule by following the instruction here.

There may be times where you need to edit a recurring schedule in Echo360, for example, there is a room change or there is a time change. You must (1) locate the schedule, (2) delete the schedule entry(s), and (3) create a new schedule with the desire changes.
1. Locate the schedule
Go to the Captures page
Go to the Scheduled tab
Search for the schedule by using course name or capture title as a keyword (Hint: Click Clear next to Date to see schedules beyond today's day)
2. Delete the schedule
Select the schedule that you want to delete, and click the trash can icon to delete. (Hint: Pay extra attention to the date, title and location to ensure you are selecting the right schedule that you want to delete).
3. Create a new schedule
Once the scheduled event(s) has been deleted, proceed to create a new schedule by following the instruction here.
