How to Find the Full Roster for Your Class
There are two ways to view the roster for the course you are managing.
(The 1st way will provide you with more information about the users.)
1st Way:
Under Control Panel > Expand users and Groups > Select Users
In the search criteria tap the arrow next to the default option change the defaulted selection “Contains” and choose “Not Blank.”
Click Go to Search.
All enrolled users, including staff members, in the course will be displayed in the page. If the list has more pages, select Show All to list every users in a single page. Click on the Column header to sort.
2nd Way:
Go to Bb Tools located in the left navigation menu of your course page. Then select Roster.
In the search criteria tap the arrow next to the default option “Contains” and select “Not Blank.”
Click Go to Search.
All enrolled students in this course should now be shown.
