How to Integrate Zoom into Blackboard Course

Overview 

Zoom unifies cloud video conferencing, simple online meetings, and group messaging into one easy-to-use platform. It offers video, audio, and wireless screen-sharing experience across multiple platforms. 

Zoom LTI creates a bridge between Zoom and Blackboard which enables faculty and students to start and join Zoom meetings directly from a Blackboard course.

Once you have added the Zoom LTI Pro tool:

When adding the Zoom tool into the course, you will see a page similar as the screenshot below:

Limitations and Considerations

Your Zoom meeting must be directly scheduled via this tool in order for your students to join the Zoom meeting from your course.  If you had created the meeting through mssm.zoom.us, your student will not be able to see the meeting unless you posted the Meeting ID specifically into the course.
