How to Log in with a Non-Sinai Account (Non-Active Directory)
When you log into your account using a non-sinai username, you could run into an issue where you do not see your course listed on the screen.
First thing you should do AFTER you login, is check the left side of the screen.
If you see your name listed on the left navigation menu:
You know you have successfully logged in. Contact the Course Director or Leader of the course to gain access to the missing course.
If you do not see your name listed on the left navigation menu:
You might see see the word "login" listed here instead, which means there will be an extra step you will need to take to log in.
Click the word "login" and try typing in your username and password once again.
This should refresh the screen and log you in successfully.
If this still does not work, you will either have to switch to another browser or clear your current browsers cache.
To clear your cache, select one of the guides below depending on which browser you are using.

NOTE: You only have to clear your "cache" and your "cookies". Do not select the rest of the checkboxes.
